Jeff Cardwell is the Founder & CEO of Leonard Oak, a strategic advisory firm helping organizations navigate government, accelerate growth, and influence outcomes in complex markets.

Jeff brings nearly a decade of experience spanning government, technology, public affairs, and growth strategy. He served as a Political Appointee under President Donald J. Trump from
2017 - 2020, holding roles at the White House, the U.S. Department of Energy, and the U.S. Department of Justice.

Following his public service, Jeff transitioned into the technology sector, where he specialized in public sector go-to-market strategy and account-based marketing. He has helped organizations identify market opportunities, navigate government procurement environments, position solutions for regulated industries, and drive growth across emerging technology companies and Fortune 500 enterprises.

Through Leonard Oak, Jeff advises organizations on Government Relations & Market Access, Go-To-Market Strategy, and Public Affairs & Strategic Communications.
